Terms of Service

1. Scope and applicability

These Terms of Service govern the use of evagattnar.com and all services, products, trainings, consultations, courses, memberships, and digital offerings provided through this website by Pontinova Experience GmbH, Beethovenstrasse 7, CH-8002 Zurich, Switzerland (hereinafter “Provider”).

By booking, purchasing, registering for, or otherwise engaging with any offering through evagattnar.com, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Services offered

The Provider offers the following categories of services through evagattnar.com:

Consultations

  • Applied Remote Viewing Readings (one-time sessions, live or pre-recorded)
  • Applied Remote Viewing Mentoring (recurring sessions over a defined period)
  • Applied Remote Viewing Interventions (customized formats for teams and organisations)
  • The UnReturn™ Sessions (one-time or multi-session formats)

Training

  • Applied Remote Viewing Essentials (workshop format)
  • Applied Remote Viewing Foundations (cohort-based course)
  • Applied Remote Viewing Advanced (mentored practice lab)
  • Riding the Matrix™ (companion intensive)

Courses and companion offerings

  • Awakening into Freedom (digital course and study kit)
  • Future companion courses, memberships, and learning formats as announced

Memberships (current and future)

  • Aurora Leaders™ (by application)
  • Living Image Lab™ (for training graduates)
  • Living Field memberships (when available)

  • Books (currently via Amazon; future direct sales may apply)
  • Study kits, workbooks, and digital materials included with services

3. Booking and registration

Services are booked through the mechanisms indicated on each service page:

  • Online scheduling (SavvyCal) for Readings and Mentoring
  • Direct purchase links (Stripe) for Training, Riding the Matrix™, and other offerings
  • Request forms for Interventions and custom formats
  • Direct invoicing for services arranged by correspondence

A booking or purchase is confirmed upon receipt of payment or, for invoice-based services, upon written confirmation by the Provider.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated. Prices are inclusive of the stated service; applicable taxes are the responsibility of the client based on their jurisdiction.

Payment is processed through Stripe. The Provider may also issue invoices directly for employer-sponsored participation, professional development reimbursement, or client preference.

Early-bird rates, where offered, are valid until the stated deadline and automatically convert to the standard rate thereafter.

5. Cancellation and refund policy

Consultations (Readings, Mentoring, UnReturn™ Sessions):

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session will be rescheduled at no additional cost or refunded in full.
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable, but the session may be rescheduled once at the Provider’s discretion.
  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Training (Essentials, Foundations, Advanced, Riding the Matrix™):

  • Cancellations made at least 14 days before the start date are eligible for a full refund minus a CHF 50 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the start date are non-refundable, but the registration may be transferred to the next available cohort once.

Digital courses and memberships:

  • Digital course access, once granted, is non-refundable.
  • Memberships may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for the current period.

Books and digital products:

  • Governed by the refund policies of the respective sales platform (e.g., Amazon).

6. Nature of the services — disclaimers

All services provided through evagattnar.com — including Applied Remote Viewing Readings, Mentoring, Interventions, Training, Riding the Matrix™, Awakening into Freedom, The UnReturn™ Sessions, and all related offerings — are offered as exploratory, reflective, and perception-based work.

They do not constitute and are not a substitute for:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric diagnosis, advice, or treatment
  • Legal advice or representation
  • Financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Professional due diligence

The Provider makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or accuracy of perceptual information. Clients and participants are responsible for their own decisions and actions based on any insights gained through the work.

7. Intellectual property

All content on evagattnar.com — including but not limited to text, images, videos, course materials, workbooks, the Living Image Method™, Immersive Remote Perception (IRP), and all trademarked names (The UnReturn™, Riding the Matrix™, Aurora Leaders™, Living Image Lab™, Living Image Method™) — is the intellectual property of Dr. Eva Gattnar and/or Pontinova Experience GmbH.

Course materials, workbooks, recordings, and digital content provided as part of any service or training are for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, shared, or commercially exploited without prior written consent.

8. Recordings and session content

Live training sessions and workshops may be recorded for the benefit of registered participants. Recordings are provided for personal review only and may not be shared or distributed.

Individual consultation sessions (Readings, Mentoring, UnReturn™ Sessions) may be recorded with mutual agreement. Such recordings remain confidential and are not shared with third parties.

9. Confidentiality

The Provider treats all client information and session content as confidential. Anonymized examples may be used in teaching, writing, or public communication only where the individual situation is not identifiable and, where applicable, with prior consent.

Clients are encouraged to treat course materials, group session content, and community interactions (e.g., within the Living Image Lab™ or Aurora Leaders™) with appropriate confidentiality and respect for other participants.

10. Liability

The Provider’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. The Provider is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of any service.

The Provider does not accept liability for decisions made by clients based on perceptual information or insights gained through any form of the work.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Switzerland. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions in the client’s country of residence provide otherwise.

12. Changes to these terms

These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Material changes will be noted with the date of the most recent update. Continued use of the services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
