About Eva Gattnar

From C-level and technology into the nature of reality

Dr. Eva Gattnar helps leaders, professionals, and organisations access deeper clarity under uncertainty through Applied Remote Viewing, consultations, and perception-based trainings. She brings a wealth of experience as a C-level executive, entrepreneur, scholar and executive coach from over two and half decades working with international corporations, startups and universities where she has been focusing on cutting-edge technologies including AI, value-based leadership and innovation in business, organisations and society.

With advanced degrees in Computer Science and Biomedical Technology and a Global Executive MBA from international top-tier institutions, alongside her research in the biomedical sector, she has been empowering C-level executives and organisations worldwide before widening into the exploration of human regulation, altered states of mind, and finally human consciousness itself. Based upon this foundation, Dr. Eva Gattnar has developed Applied Remote Viewing:a proprietary perceptual framework to answer important questions where surface analysis fails. Her academic research focused on event-based workflow analysis, process modelling, and system thinking: teaching her that reality has hidden structures that surface analysis cannot see. Applied Remote Viewing is the extension of that insight into the realm of the nature of reality.

A continuous Path

Not a departure from science, but an extension of inquiry

What changed in Eva Gattnar’s path was not the abandonment of structured thought, but the recognition that human reality itself can be approached as a layered information field. Perception is not neutral. Attention is not passive. What people call “reality” is changing constantly and is shaped continuously by interpretation, filtering, conditioning, and the quality of consciousness through which life experience is received.

This recognition led naturally into two parallel forms of work. One became literary and philosophical through the Books. The other became practical and methodological through Applied Remote Viewing. Together, they form a body of work concerned with the same essential question: how one perceives, experiences, and transforms reality.

Extension into Form

Books, perception, and the human condition

Dr. Eva Gattnar is the author of the MORNING STAR TRILOGY. Its recently launched first book, AURORA, marks the threshold into her wider body of work on consciousness, reality, and the human condition, and is followed by the trilogy’s second and third books, PHOENIX and MADONNA, alongside deepening teaching material, transformative trainings, and events related to the themes carried through the books. The trilogy’s companion codex, ALEPH, challenges the current human understanding of reality and offers a deeper orientation toward the awakening of human consciousness, sovereignty, and freedom.

Where her books approach reality, and the human condition symbolically and literarily, Applied Remote Viewing approaches them through guided inquiry into hidden dynamics, ambiguity, patterns, and situations in which conventional analysis alone does not reveal the whole picture. It offers a structured way of working with complexity, uncertainty, and deeper layers of insight in decision-making, strategy evaluation, and systemic assessments in private, professional, and organisational contexts. It can be experienced in 1on1 Consultations with Eva, learned in a cohort Training, and explored through Riding the Matrix: AURORA launch edition.

Intersecting System Boundaries

Systems, leadership, and cross-disciplinary inquiry

Dr. Eva Gattnar’s work stands at the intersection of consciousness, perception, authorship, and the deeper structures through which reality is experienced and interpreted. It emerges from a profound shift in consciousness that revealed human life to be not what it seems, and consciousness itself to be the fundamental fabric of existence. The UnReturn™, the epistemic and existential horizon of this work, marks the point from which reality can no longer be unseen and through which her wider body of work takes shape.

She is the founder of Tamaya Society, a non-profit organisation hosting Tamaya School, Tamaya Institute, and Tamaya Press. Through Tamaya Society, Dr. Eva Gattnar extends her work into a wider formative and collaborative ecosystem through which learning, research, and publishing deepen and amplify one another. As an extension of it, MoniKaa Initiative provides an ethical framework for safeguarding, governance, and accountability.

Aurora Leaders, an emerging leadership current, gathers those leaders who feel called to carry a deeper engagement with distinctive clarity and commitment to ethical responsibility into positions of influence, consequence, and stewardship. It is the leadership arm through which Eva Gattnar’s wider work completes through taking consequential human form and sustainable impact.

Full biography

Dr. Eva Gattnar (b. 1976, Germany) is an author, founder, perception researcher, and former corporate executive whose work operates at the intersection of systems science, consciousness, and the deeper structures of human perception. She is the author of the Morning Star Trilogy (AURORA, PHOENIX, MADONNA) and its companion codex ALEPH, published by Tamaya Press. She is the developer of Immersive Remote Perception (IRP), Applied Remote Viewing (ARV), and the Living Image Method™, and the founder of the wider body of work gathered at evagattnar.com.

Foundations in computer science and systems thinking

Her intellectual formation began in computer science, with a diploma and Master of Science from the Technical University of Nuremberg, where she received the Outstanding Academic Studies Award (top 5%) and the SAP University Alliances Award for the best diploma thesis in Germany. Her early work spanned enterprise systems, business process transformation, SAP consulting, and business intelligence, establishing the competencies that would prove foundational to everything that followed: pattern extraction from complex data, process modelling of hidden structures, and the systematic analysis of systems whose most important dynamics operate beneath the visible surface.

Her doctoral research at the Technical University Ilmenau, supported by the Ernst von Siemens Doctoral Fellowship (awarded to the top 10 doctoral candidates worldwide across all Siemens research), produced a generic model for the standardised and automated capture of clinical process cycle times and events through hierarchical clustering and semantic transformation. The doctorate (Dr.-Ing., Magna cum Laude) generated over 20 publications across international peer-reviewed journals (IADIS International Journal on Computer Science and Information Systems), IEEE and Springer conference proceedings (IEEE EDOC, Springer LNICST, Springer LNBIP, SciTePress), and academic book chapters, and was recognised with the Outstanding Paper Award at the IADIS International Conference on Informatics (Rome, 2011) and an invited research talk at the University of Oslo, Institute of Health and Society (Oslo, 2011). She was additionally certified as a Medical Informatics Expert by the German Society for Medical Informatics, Biometry, and Epidemiology (GMDS) in collaboration with the German Association for Informatics (GI).

The foundational insight of this research, that complex systems contain hidden patterns and process structures that surface observation cannot detect, and that rigorous methodology can extract them, became the intellectual precursor to her later work in consciousness and perception. Where the doctoral research used computational algorithms to extract hidden timing patterns from clinical information systems, Immersive Remote Perception uses the human perceptual system itself, calibrated through heart-brain coherence and theta-state access, to access hidden informational patterns from reality at deeper levels.

Corporate leadership and digital transformation

Following her doctoral work, she spent almost two decades in senior roles at Siemens and Philips, working in business development, M&A, management consulting, business intelligence, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation across the DACH market and beyond. At Siemens, she progressed through roles in software development, product management, SAP consulting, clinical competence, business intelligence, management consulting, and enterprise solutions. At Philips, she led the Long-term Strategic Partnerships team for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, reporting directly to the market leader DACH and presenting results to the global Philips board. Her expertise lay at the intersection of clinical technology, innovative business models, strategy development, and the integration of design thinking, agile development, and open innovation into healthcare enterprise solutions.

She holds a Global Executive MBA from EADA Business School Barcelona and HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management (The Economist EMBA Ranking, 39th worldwide; Women in Leadership Scholarship, best female MBA candidate), and an Executive Programme in Hospital Management and Health Services from HHL Leipzig. She is additionally a SAP Certified Business Associate for Business Process Transformation and a SAP Business Intelligence Expert.

She also co-founded proVITALcoach, an mHealth startup addressing elderly populations including dementia patients through an innovative coaching app, and served as advisor and business partner to Philips’ HealthWorks start-up accelerator programme.

University teaching, curriculum development, and scientific advisory

Alongside and following her corporate career, she lectured for seven years at multiple universities including FOM University of Applied Sciences and Wilhelm Buchner University, where she developed and authored university curricula in business intelligence, information retrieval, information systems, and knowledge management. Her teaching covered e-health, digital innovation, and the application of emerging technologies to business and healthcare contexts. She also served as a scientific reviewer for the American Association for Information Systems (AMCIS) and the German Society for Medical Informatics (GMDS) journal.

Her academic and professional memberships have included the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the International Association for Development of the Information Society (IADIS), the European Alliance for Innovation (EAI), the Association for Informatics (GI), the German Association for Medical Informatics (GMDS), and the German Association for Biomedical Technology (DGBMT).

Executive coaching, values-based transformation, and ICF accreditation

Her executive coaching work was grounded in ICF-accredited professional coaching at ACTP level (Accredited Coach Training Programme, International Coaching Federation), with a Professional Coaching Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School (Financial Times Ranking, 18th worldwide) and a Diploma in Professional Coaching Practice from FullCircle Development. She is a CTT Certified Coach and Consultant for values-based cultural transformation through the Barrett Values Centre, and a certified design thinking facilitator and mentor.

She served as a teacher within ICF-accredited coaching training programmes and worked extensively with executives, founders, and senior leaders across sectors, cultures, and organisational contexts, with over 10 years of sustained coaching experience.

Health, performance, and the body as instrument of perception

A sustained parallel inquiry into human health, performance, and the optimisation of the body as the instrument of perception led through multiple dimensions: certification as HeartMath Resilience Coach and Trainer (heart-brain coherence and intuitive intelligence), engagement with the Monroe Institute (brainwave entrainment, Hemi-Sync technology, and altered states of consciousness), and extensive independent research into the physiological conditions that support or constrain deeper perception. This research encompassed frequency medicine and health technology including binaural brainwave synchronisation technologies.

This work, conducted through Pontinova Experience, her Zurich-based executive coaching and leadership development practice, and through independent research channels, established a critical practical insight: consciousness work requires a properly prepared mind and body. Without physiological coherence, the stilling of the analytical mind, the descent into theta brainwave states, and the heart-brain alignment required for deeper perception are not sustainably accessible. The body is not merely the vehicle for perception. It is the instrument. If the instrument is not charged, calibrated, and maintained, the quality of perception degrades.

This dimension of her work extends into Tamaya Institute as it develops, carrying the research into body, brain, heart, and consciousness into more formal institutional form.

The emergence of Immersive Remote Perception and the literary work

The convergence of these trajectories, from computer science and algorithmic learning through systems modelling, executive coaching, heart-brain coherence research, brainwave state training, and the direct exploration of non-ordinary perception, produced the framework she calls Immersive Remote Perception (IRP). Where classical remote viewing (originating in the Stanford Research Institute programme of the 1970s to 1990s) extracts discrete data fragments through rigid procedural stages, IRP works through immersive, scene-based, multi-modal perception grounded in the science of heart-intelligence and the direct experience of deeper informational structures.

Applied Remote Viewing (ARV) emerged as the practical deployment of IRP. The Living Image Method™ emerged as its core inner protocol: the specific process through which a practitioner enters a heart-coherent, theta-adjacent state and experiences a dynamic, living perceptual field from within, receiving multi-sensory information that is then synthesised into situational intelligence for the client.

The Morning Star Trilogy (AURORA, PHOENIX, MADONNA) and its companion codex ALEPH emerged as the literary expression of this wider body of work. Each chapter was composed through Applied Remote Viewing sessions using the Living Image Method™: the author entered the perceptual field, experienced the unfolding narrative through inner senses as a multi-modal immersive event, and transcribed the resulting material into literary form. This body of work constitutes the most extensive sustained creative application of remote viewing methodology documented to date.

Today, her work unfolds across several connected fields: the Morning Star Trilogy and ALEPH; Applied Remote Viewing Consultations (Readings, Mentoring, Interventions), Applied Remote Viewing Training (Essentials, Foundations, Advanced); a companion course to AURORA: Awakening into Freedom™ – a course about consciousness, illusion, identity, and the nature of reality; a companion intensive to AURORA: Riding the Matrix™ – introducing Applied Remote Viewing based on real-world examples as the methodology through which AURORA was conducted; a companion movement to AURORA: Aurora Leaders™ for those in positions of responsibility; The UnReturn™ as the existential and epistemic horizon of the wider work; and a growing institutional architecture encompassing Tamaya Society (Tamaya Press, Tamaya School, Tamaya Institute) and MoniKaa Initiative.

She lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland.
