Applied Remote Viewing

About the Practice

What is Applied Remote Viewing

Applied Remote Viewing is the applied practice branch of Eva Gattnar’s proprietary Immersive Remote Perception framework that underlies her wider body of work. Where her books approach consciousness, reality, and the human condition symbolically and literarily, Applied Remote Viewing approaches them through guided exploration of hidden dynamics, pattern recognition, and questions where conventional analysis alone does not reveal the whole picture. It offers a structured way of working with complexity, uncertainty, and deeper layers of insight in private, professional, and organisational contexts.

Eva Gattnar’s approach is informed by a PhD in engineering and over a decade of research in process analysis, systems thinking, and applied heart-brain-coherence research. At its core is a specific discipline: perception is not approached through the ordinary senses or through mental imagery, but from a state of heart-brain coherence: the trained, measurable condition under which deeper perception becomes reliable. Applied Remote Viewing applies the same rigor to human perception that she applies to systems.

This is the Methodology: the trained perception through which the hidden dynamics beneath surface appearances can be approached directly. It is one of the ways the wider work is entered; the others stand alongside it, and each is shown in the Field Map.

About the Method

Foundations of the Framework

Applied Remote Viewing rests on a formal methodology Immersive Remote Viewing (IRV), set out in a white paper that locates the practice within two lineages: the phenomenological-imaginal tradition and the empirical remote-viewing tradition. The white paper states plainly the confounds it must manage and the epistemic limits within which it can be honestly defended. It is written for the consciousness researcher, the contemplative practitioner, and the careful general reader. The practice is introduced here; the framework is set out in full there.

Applications of the Framework

Immersive Remote Perception (IRP) is the proprietary remote viewing framework developed by Dr. Eva Gattnar that is underlying her books, consultations, research and teaching work. Herewith, Immersive Remote Viewing (IRV) defines the method, and Applied Remote Viewing (ARV), serves as its applied practice branch in which the practitioner is informed by a scene-based, contextual and immersive approach to access deeper situational, symbolic, and contextual information through a disciplined mode of perception. The remote-viewing-adjacent method, inspired by advanced perceptual disciplines, leads beyond conventional analytic reasoning while enhancing perception under conditions of incomplete information.

The method facilitates perception moving beyond surface appearance and ordinary interpretation into a deeper field of contact with reality. Rather than treating consciousness as secondary, the method starts with the fundamental recognition that perception itself is central to how reality is created, known and experienced, and that everything emerges from consciousness itself. The utilisation of the method in Business Context facilitates better decision-making and strategic reflection under uncertainty, improves awareness of team dynamics, relational distortions, hidden friction, and energetic incoherence before they escalate, supports innovation and concept development, and helps reading complex environments with multiple layers, competing narratives, and incomplete data. Practical applications in Private Context include – but are not limited to – relationship dynamics, personal decision-making, self-knowledge, creativity, and reading situations more accurately especially where logic alone is insufficient.

In a world overloaded with information, the missing skill is often not more data but better perception. Through the Living Image Method™, symbolic, emotional, contextual, and nonlocal information may become perceptible and thus accessible in a more immersive way. The method helps to distinguish intuition from projection, symbolic perception from fantasy, and deeper signal from mental noise. In this sense, the method serves as a catalyst for direct application of Immersive Remote Viewing in a way that is not only about random insight, but about developing a feedback-based, intimate relationship to the underlying non-local reality and thus to the exploration of consciousness through utilisation of the full potential of human perception.

Applied Remote Viewing Consultations

Applied Remote Viewing is meant to be utilised to gain deeper understanding in situations where visible facts, conventional reasoning, or surface narratives do not yet provide enough insights. It allows both professional and personal inquiries, from complex decision-making to symbolic, creative, and deeply important questions. While remote viewing was originally developed and well researched in science and intelligence-related environments for accessing information beyond ordinary facts, sensory data and analytic settings, Applied Remote Viewing leverages the results with context-based information for a more meaningful support.

Those in need for situational inquiries or clarification either in private or business context are invited to Applied Remote Viewing Readings (ARVR). They are designed for situations in which visible facts, ordinary reflection, or factual conventional analysis do not yet reveal the whole picture. They offer a focused and practical way of working with hidden dynamics, situational complexity, and deeper patterns in private life or in professional contexts. These are either live sessions offered on Zoom or pre-recorded readings that can be requested on demand.

Sustained support for in-depth work over time is offered through the Applied Remote Viewing Mentoring (ARVM) to extend single consultations into a progressive process of deeper work over time. Through regular live sessions that are offered bi-weekly live on Zoom, Applied Remote Viewing Mentoring supports the ongoing exploration of hidden patterns, recurring dynamics, self-inquiry, and practical integration. Rather than focusing only on one immediate issue, mentoring creates a sustained and confidential space for reflection, discernment, and lasting transformation in private life and professional contexts where complexity unfolds over time.

If a team, leadership group, or organisation is navigating complexity, ambiguity, or hidden dynamics, an Applied Remote Viewing Interventions (ARVI) can create a structured space for clearer situational awareness and more conscious decision-making. These one-time or sustained work with professional teams, organisations, leadership groups and expert circles are individual formats with varying length, structure and engagement depth depending on the particular needs, organisation, setting and group structure.

Applied Remote Viewing Trainings

In complex settings and environments, explicit data is rarely the whole story. Applied Remote Viewing (ARV) serves herewith as the applied practice branch of Immersive Remote Perception for real-life use. It can be learned by everybody who wants to progressively gain skills in remote viewing and their utilisation whether in private or professional settings. The training path allows to access progressively a deeper level of situational reading and to unlock unexpected insights from a supplementary perspective more intelligently. Participants learn to utilise their skills and to improve their results based on real-life cases where a conventional analysis cannot fully clarify a situation that is infused with ambiguity, hidden dynamics, and non-obvious patterns.

Applied Remote Viewing trains a deeper level of situational reading while helping participants work with ambiguity, hidden dynamics, and non-obvious patterns more intelligently. The practical training path progresses from Applied Remote Viewing Essentials (ARVE), through a foundational practice course Applied Remote Viewing Foundations (ARVF), to the deeply immersive Applied Remote Viewing Advanced (ARVA) training. The training path is designed for those who want not only to understand the method conceptually, but to engage it either personally or professionally through ethical practice, reflection, feedback and progressive development from the first encounter with the method into extensive exploration and understanding of deeper layers of consciousness.

Alongside the formal training path, the Living Image Lab™ serves as a community for practice, exchange, and experimentation with perception, symbolic material, and the application of the Living Image Method™. Participants are encouraged to engage vividly, responsibly, and continuously beyond the formal training path. Above all, the Lab seeks to cultivate interaction, discernment, openness, and genuine participation of individuals and professionals in the exploration of private or shared assignments through the ethical application of the Living Image Method™ while deepening the awareness of the fundamental interconnectedness of reality.

The Framework in Application

Using non-ordinary perception

Remote Viewing (RV) emerged as a disciplined way of working with non-ordinary perception without reducing it to vague mysticism. Originally developed in research and intelligence-related contexts, it created a modern language for accessing information beyond ordinary sensory and analytic means. While classical Remote Viewing is often associated with protocol-based methods, scientific research, and structured target work, Eva Gattnar’s wider framework moves into a more immersive, flexible and intuitive direction to utilise individual capabilities that could be ignored otherwise – depending on the practical application in business and private context.

Immersive Remote Perception (IRP) is the wider proprietary framework underlying Eva Gattnar’s books, consultations, research, and teaching work. Within that framework, Applied Remote Viewing (ARV) serves as its applied practice branch. Through the Living Image Method™, symbolic, emotional, contextual, and nonlocal information may become accessible and thus impactful in a more immersive way. It is the way the framework is brought into workshops, courses, trainings, consultations, mentoring, interventions and further formats of practice for real-life use in both – private and professional contexts.

Besides that, the Living Image Lab™ seeks to cultivate interaction, discernment, openness, and genuine participation of individuals and professionals in a like-minded community to explore private or shared assignments through the ethical utilisation of Applied Remote Viewing. The Lab’s purpose is to provide an ethical container where the continuous and genuine practice of the method benefits the members and human society at large.

Framework

Immersive Remote Perception is a proprietary remote viewing framework developed by Eva Gattnar. It underlies her books, consultations, research, and teaching work and provides the broader contextual and practical field in which perception, consciousness, and human potential are explored. Through the Living Image Method™, it utilises scene-based, symbolic, emotional, contextual, and nonlocal perception in an immersive approach and sets the foundation for the practical application in personal and professional life.

Consultations

Applied Remote Viewing utilises access to data and information that is often ignored in common, standardised analytical approaches that are being used to clarify complex, questions, situations, decisions, dynamics or events. Professional and personal inquiries, from complex decision-making to symbolic, creative, or deeper questions, benefit from Applied Remote Viewing. Consultations are offered as situational Readings, an ongoing Mentoring, and Interventions for whole groups in organisational context.

Training

The training in Applied Remote Viewing is suited to those who want to learn, to practice, and to extensively utilise their remote viewing skills in private or professional life. The training path starts with an orientation workshop Essentials, followed by a cohort-based core course Foundations, and the mentored practice lab Advanced. Participants are invited to the Living Image Lab™ community, where the continuous, genuine and ethical practice of the method benefits the members and human society.
